
30 Jun H2MARINE Project Meeting | Ulm-Neu Ulm, June 26–27, 2025
Last week, the H2MARINE consortium came together in Ulm-Neu Ulm, Germany, for a two-day project meeting hosted ZSW and DANA. It was a great opportunity to connect in person, exchange knowledge, and align on the next steps of the project.
The meeting kicked off with a visit to ZSW’s facilities, where partners had the chance to see advanced PEM fuel cell technologies up close. The second day was dedicated to technical sessions and coordination activities, covering key topics such as fuel cell stack development, diagnostic approaches for large maritime applications, system specifications, and the development of a 10 MW multistack concept.
Work Package leaders CERTH, VTT, CLEOS, PowerCell Group, EH GROUP , CluBE presented progress, challenges, and next steps for their respective areas.
Task leaders and other partner’s DANA, ZSW, TKMS, EPFL, University of Freiburg, Beyond Gravity also presented their work and shared useful updates.
We also discussed upcoming priorities, including the preparation of the periodic report and the next review meeting, setting a clear path forward for the next six months.
The meeting concluded with a guided tour of Dana’s facilities, offering additional insight into the technical work driving H2MARINE forward.
